Data show yoga offers heart benefits similar to aerobics
Researchers in the Netherlands who analyzed data from 37 studies found yoga to be as beneficial as aerobics in reducing heart disease risk. Yoga was found to reduce BMI, lower blood pressure, and cut cholesterol.
