Study: Aerobic exercise improves children's attention, mood


Among children at risk for ADHD, aerobic exercises before the beginning of the school day led to greater improvements in attention and mood than sedentary classroom activities, U.S. researchers found. Aerobic physical activity also benefited typically developing children, according to the study in the Journal of Abnormal Child Psychology.
