Study: Spinal manipulation plus exercise relieves neck pain
A study published in The Spine Journal found that combining spinal manipulation therapy with home exercise was most effective in treating neck pain in 241 older patients. The combination group had a 10% greater reduction in pain after 12 weeks than the group that did home exercise only.
