Chiropractor offers tips on sleeping positions on "The Dr. Oz Show"

 Steven Shoshany, DC, offered viewers of "The Dr. Oz Show" tips on how to sleep in different positions. A flatter, thinner pillow is one way to reduce strain on the neck for stomach sleepers, while the best position is sleeping on the back with a pillow under the knees, he said
